BRIAN WAGERS
WAGERS CAPITAL
Brian was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH where he played high school football and wrestling. He went on to attend the University of Kentucky where he majored in Business Economics and minored in Psychology. Shortly after college Brian joined the workforce as a sales professional quickly becoming a top producer. After living in Lexington KY for 6 years he moved to Northwest Arkansas where he started his real estate investing journey and now resides.
Brian has been investing in real estate, actively and passively, for over 6 years. He grew his family’s portfolio to 500 units before moving on to syndication where has now been involved in over $500M worth of apartment transactions and over 5,000 units through his experience as an owner and general partner and developer.
At Wagers Capital, Brian focuses on leaving communities better than he found them through a value add approach to investing and developing. Brian’s goal as an operator , developer and owner is in minimizing risk while maximizing returns for partners.
Brian is a strong believer in not only being the best financial version of yourself but in physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Brian enjoys time with his wife, two baby boys, their two dogs, and two cats. He enjoys anything to do with physical fitness including weight training, boxing, jogging, and hiking.

A native of NWA, Brandon Hurst with over a decade of experience in restoration, is driven by a passion for exceeding client expectations; Whether he is managing small residential incidents or coordinating multi-million-dollar commercial recoveries. His diverse roles within the disaster restoration industry, coupled with his background as an Army veteran, have equipped him with the expertise to guide clients through emergency response planning and execution. Brandon’s well-rounded skillset ensures seamless, turn-key restoration solutions for any emergency.
At Kustom US, Brandon plays a pivotal role in serving clients nationwide, and at home in NWA, particularly in the wake of major natural disasters and large-scale commercial losses.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys exploring all that NWA has to offer with his wife, Olivia, and their daughter, Charlotte.
DAN SMITH
COLLIERS
Dan specializes in land brokerage and multifamily properties. He has been a commercial real estate broker since 2009 when he gained experience in every asset type handling dispositions for multiple lenders during the recession in the Raleigh-Durham market. Dan’s experience with Northwest Arkansas’ land entitlement, zoning, utilities, floodplains, multifamily, and residential density is a huge benefit to his clients.
His CCIM designation, Master of Real Estate Development degree, varied experience, and ability to leverage technology help Dan add value to client development projects and investment properties.
Dan relocated to Northwest Arkansas in 2020 and joined the Colliers Team. Prior to entering real estate brokerage Dan was an Armored Cavalry Officer in the U.S. Army for 13 years.
ADDISON BLISS
VERITAS ARCHITECTURE + DESIGN
Addison is a licensed architect with over 13 years’ experience in projects ranging from custom designed playgrounds and equipment to international airports. As Principal Architect at Veritas Architecture + Design, Addison excels in balancing project needs with business-savvy decision-making throughout the construction process. His unique perspective, having worked closely with owners, contractors, and fellow architects, enables him to foster collaboration and ensure project success.
The strongest value Addison holds is quality control and quality delivery of his projects. A close second value is transparency in the design and construction process, focused around active and clear communication as a means of providing the highest quality construction experience for his clients
RAVONNE JOHN
THE SUDAR GROUP
Ravonne John serves the Northwest Arkansas area with The Sudar Group. As a real estate agent, she desires to help connect others relationally and professionally. She is a driven businesswoman and an excellent communicator. Her personal experience in new construction, land purchase, foreclosures, and residential and commercial properties brings a level of comfort to her clients. Her desire to bring generational wealth through real estate to her clients shows in everything she does.
She is a wife and mother to two boys. When she isn’t carting kids to basketball and soccer practice, she advocates for foster care and adoption, both of which she has participated in. Ravonne has a passion for serving her community through her church and other local groups.
CHRIS COLLINS

Chris has 18 years of experience in aggregates, construction, sales, and management and currently serves as Senior Business Consultant for Olsson. Chris has an extensive network and knowledge of Northwest Arkansas while also being heavily involved in the Arkansas Associated Builders and Contractors currently serving on the NWA Council. Chris has been married to his wife Janet for 20 years and just welcomed their first grandchild. Hobbies include golf, riding the Razorback Greenway, and now snuggling with his new grandbaby.
JOSE SOCORRO
JAN PRO OF ARKANSAS
Jose Socorro serves as a Regional Director for Jan-Pro of Arkansas for the NWA / River Valley area. He also currently serves on the Oral Roberts University Alumni Board and Seal Team Lead for LatinXNA. Prior to Jan-Pro, Jose worked for J.B. Hunt Transport, Central States Manufacturing, & OK Foods. Jose resides in the Fort Smith area with his wife and two sons.

Taylor is a dynamic force in business development and marketing, bringing over a decade of experience in driving growth for small to medium-sized companies across various industries. As Business Development Director at Veritas Architecture + Design, she spearheads strategic initiatives, cultivates client relationships, and ensures the firm’s presence at key industry events.
Rooted in her upbringing within a General Contracting household, Taylor seamlessly bridges her passion for design and construction with her expertise in fostering meaningful connections and delivering results-driven strategies.
JASON ELDRIDGE
EMERY SAPP & SONS (ESS)
Jason is an energetic and dedicated leader who serves as Assistant Vice President for Emery Sapp & Sons (ESS) and sets the tone for the firm’s Springdale office and hundreds of local employee-owners. In his nearly 17-year career, Jason has spent a number of years in the NWA market working for some of the country’s largest general and civil contractors managing projects in both the public and private sectors. His diverse experience spans municipal, DOT, higher education, private development, railway and logistic center clients.
Jason lives in Bentonville, AR and is an active member of the Northwest Arkansas development community. He is actively involved with the Northwest Arkansas Council, Arkansas Associated Builders and Contractors serving on the Board of Directors, Associated General Contractors Arkansas Chapter, and was a member of the 2020-2021 Northwest Arkansas Emerging Leaders group.
Jason is a proud “girl dad” to his 3 beautiful daughters and enjoys the controlled chaos of raising them alongside his wife Ashely. In his free time you can find him playing a round of golf, catching a Razorback game, rooting for the Chiefs, and spending family time at the lake.
